EasyFlixTV is an IPTV subscription service provider that aggregates publicly available streaming links. We do not host, store, distribute, or transmit any video content, television programs, or media files on our servers. We provide users with access credentials (Xtream Codes API, M3U playlists, and EPG data) that allow them to access third-party streams through compatible applications.
We respect the intellectual property rights of content owners, broadcasters, and copyright holders. We do not condone copyright infringement in any form. If you believe that your copyrighted work has been infringed through our service, please follow the procedures outlined in this policy.
2. Reporting Copyright Infringement

3. Our Response to DMCA Notices
Upon receiving a valid DMCA Notice, we will:
- Acknowledge receipt of the notice within 2 business days
- Review the notice for completeness and validity
- Investigate the alleged infringement
- Take appropriate action, which may include removing or disabling access to the allegedly infringing material
- Notify the user or subscriber responsible for the content, if applicable
- Document the action taken
We strive to process all valid DMCA notices within 5-7 business days of receipt. However, processing times may vary depending on the volume of notices received and the complexity of the investigation.
4. Counter-Notification Procedure
If you believe that material you posted or shared was removed or access was disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may file a Counter-Notification with us.
4.1 Requirements for Counter-Notification
To be effective, your Counter-Notification must include:
A. Physical or Electronic Signature
Your physical or electronic signature.
B. Identification of Removed Material
Identification of the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled and the location at which the material appeared before it was removed or access to it was disabled.
C. Good Faith Statement
A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.
D. Consent to Jurisdiction
A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district in which your address is located (or if your address is outside the United States, for any judicial district in which the service provider may be found).
E. Contact Information
Your name, address, telephone number, and email address.
F. Acceptance of Service
A statement that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original DMCA Notice or an agent of such person.
4.2 How to Submit a Counter-Notification
You may submit your Counter-Notification to us through the same channels listed above for DMCA Notices.
4.3 Our Response to Counter-Notifications
Upon receiving a valid Counter-Notification, we will:
- Forward the Counter-Notification to the original complainant
- Inform the complainant that they may file a court action seeking a restraining order
- Restore the removed material or re-enable access after 10-14 business days, unless we receive notice that the complainant has filed a court action
5. Repeat Infringers
In accordance with the DMCA and other applicable laws, EasyFlixTV has adopted a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances and at our sole discretion, the accounts of users who are deemed to be repeat infringers. We may also limit access to the service and/or terminate the accounts of any users who infringe any intellectual property rights of others, whether or not there is any repeat infringement.
A "repeat infringer" is defined as a user who has received multiple valid DMCA notices or has been found to engage in repeated copyright infringement.
6. False Claims
Please note that under Section 512(f) of the DMCA, any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material or activity is infringing, or that material or activity was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, may be subject to liability for damages, including costs and attorneys' fees.
Before submitting a DMCA Notice or Counter-Notification, please ensure that you have a good faith belief that your claim is valid. Submitting false or fraudulent claims may result in legal consequences.
7. No Liability for Good Faith Actions
EasyFlixTV shall not be liable to any user or third party for any claims or damages arising from our good faith compliance with DMCA notices and counter-notifications. This includes actions taken to remove or disable access to allegedly infringing material and actions taken to restore material following receipt of a valid Counter-Notification.
8. Changes to This Policy
We reserve the right to modify this DMCA Policy at any time without prior notice. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. We encourage you to review this policy periodically.
