Welcome to EasyFlixTV. These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "you," or "your") and EasyFlixTV ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of our IPTV subscription services, website, applications, and related services (collectively, the "Services"). EasyFlixTV provides Internet Protocol Television (IPTV) subscription services that enable users to access live television channels, video-on-demand content, and related media through internet-connected devices. Our Services aggregate publicly available streaming links and provide users with organized access to these streams through compatible applications and devices.

It is important to understand that EasyFlixTV does not host, store, distribute, or transmit any content. We act solely as an intermediary service that provides access to streams that are already available on the internet. We do not own, control, or operate the servers that host the actual video content. Our service is limited to providing subscription credentials (Xtream Codes API, M3U playlists, and EPG data) that allow users to access third-party streams through their chosen IPTV applications.

3. Eligibility and Account Registration

To use our Services, you must be at least 18 years of age or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is greater. By using our Services, you represent and warrant that you meet this eligibility requirement. If you are using the Services on behalf of an organization or entity, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information at all times. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of these Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account. You are responsible for safeguarding the password and credentials associated with your account and for any activities or actions under your account. You agree not to disclose your credentials to any third party and to notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.

4. Subscription Plans and Payment

EasyFlixTV offers various subscription plans with different durations and features. The specific details, pricing, and features of each plan are described on our website and may be updated from time to time. All subscription fees are displayed in Euros (€) unless otherwise stated and are exclusive of any applicable taxes, which may be charged additionally depending on your jurisdiction.

Payment Terms: All subscriptions require prepayment. We accept various payment methods including PayPal, credit/debit cards, bank transfers, Wise (TransferWise), and selected cryptocurrencies (Bitcoin, Ethereum, USDT). By providing payment information, you represent and warrant that you are authorized to use the designated payment method and authorize us to charge your payment method for the total amount of your subscription.

Subscription Period: Your subscription begins immediately upon successful payment and continues for the duration specified in your chosen plan (1 month, 3 months, 6 months, or 12 months). Subscriptions automatically expire at the end of the purchased period unless renewed.

Renewals: Unless you cancel your subscription before the renewal date, your subscription will automatically renew for the same duration at the then-current rate. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting our support team.

5. Use of Service and Permitted Activities

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, EasyFlixTV grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use our Services for personal, non-commercial purposes. You agree to use the Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

Permitted Use:

  • Access live television channels and video-on-demand content through supported applications
  • Use the service on the number of simultaneous connections specified in your subscription plan
  • Share access within your immediate household members
  • Access the service from multiple locations (home, travel, etc.)

Prohibited Activities: You agree not to:

  • Share your account credentials with individuals outside your household
  • Exceed the number of simultaneous connections allowed by your plan
  • Resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit the Services without our express written consent
  • Attempt to bypass any security measures or access restrictions
  • Use automated systems, bots, or scrapers to access the Services
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any aspect of the Services
  • Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Services
  • Use the Services for any illegal purpose or in violation of any local, state, national, or international law

6. Intellectual Property Rights

The EasyFlixTV name, logo, trademarks, service marks, and all related names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of EasyFlixTV or its affiliates or licensors. You must not use such marks without the prior written permission of EasyFlixTV. All other names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans on the Services are the trademarks of their respective owners.

The Services and their entire contents, features, and functionality (including but not limited to all information, software, text, displays, images, video, and audio, and the design, selection, and arrangement thereof) are owned by EasyFlixTV, its licensors, or other providers of such material and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.

7. Content and Third-Party Streams

EasyFlixTV does not create, host, or store any video content. We provide access to third-party streams that are publicly available on the internet. The availability, quality, and content of these streams are beyond our control. We do not guarantee the availability of any specific channel, program, or content.

Channel lineups, content availability, and stream quality may change without notice. We reserve the right to add, remove, or modify channels and content at any time. We make reasonable efforts to maintain a stable and diverse channel lineup but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access to any specific content.

You acknowledge that:

  • We have no control over third-party content and assume no responsibility for it
  • Stream quality depends on various factors including your internet connection, device capabilities, and the source stream
  • Some channels may experience buffering, freezing, or temporary unavailability
  • We do not endorse, sponsor, or guarantee any third-party content

8. Service Availability and Uptime

While we strive to provide reliable service with 99.9% uptime, we do not guarantee that the Services will be available at all times or that access will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free. The Services may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, upgrades, technical issues, or circumstances beyond our control.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Services (or any part thereof) at any time without notice. We will not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the Services.

Scheduled maintenance will be announced in advance when possible. Emergency maintenance may be performed without prior notice. We will make reasonable efforts to minimize service interruptions.

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting our support team. Termination does not entitle you to a refund except as expressly provided in our Refund Policy.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, EASYFLIXTV DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT:

  • THE SERVICES WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS
  • THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, TIMELY, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE
  • THE RESULTS THAT MAY BE OBTAINED FROM THE USE OF THE SERVICES WILL BE ACCURATE OR RELIABLE
  • ANY ERRORS IN THE SERVICES WILL BE CORRECTED
  • ANY CONTENT AVAILABLE THROUGH THE SERVICES IS ACCURATE, COMPLETE, OR CURRENT

12. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL EASYFLIXTV, ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, PARTNERS, AGENTS, SUPPLIERS, OR AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM:

  • YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE THE SERVICES
  • ANY CONDUCT OR CONTENT OF ANY THIRD PARTY ON THE SERVICES
  • ANY CONTENT OBTAINED FROM THE SERVICES
  • UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS, USE, OR ALTERATION OF YOUR TRANSMISSIONS OR CONTENT

IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US FOR THE SERVICES DURING THE TWELVE (12) MONTH PERIOD IMMEDIATELY PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO LIABILITY.

13. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless EasyFlixTV and its affiliates, licensors, and service providers, and its and their respective officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, licensors, suppliers, successors, and assigns from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms or your use of the Services.

14. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which EasyFlixTV operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal suit, action, or proceeding arising out of or related to these Terms or the Services shall be instituted exclusively in the courts of that jurisdiction.

15. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable for any reason, such provision shall be eliminated or limited to the minimum extent such that the remaining provisions of these Terms will continue in full force and effect.

16. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any other legal notices published by us on the Services, constitute the entire agreement between you and EasyFlixTV regarding the Services and supersede all prior and contemporaneous agreements, proposals, or representations, written or oral, concerning its subject matter.
